I am in network with BCBS of MA and most BCBS PPO plans.

For all other insurance carriers I provide, upon request, detailed statements that can be submitted for out-of-network benefit reimbursement. **Please check with your plan to verify benefit eligibility.

Self-Pay Options

• Intake and assessment for Individual Therapy - $175.00

• Individual therapy session - $160.00

• Intake and assessment for family or couples treatment - $175.00

• Family or couples session - $160.00

• Consultation with collateral contacts (non-billable to insurance) - $160.00/hour

• Higher rates apply to services outside the expected and agreed upon plan of care**
