About the Practice

Over the course of my career, I have supported so many different clients as they find what "feeling better" looks like for them. Some of my clients have mostly satisfying lives, families, careers, etc, but find that something is missing. Others notice that experiences from their past continue to intrude into the present. Some come to me with a clear understanding of the cause of their '“RIGHT NOW” distress. And many come simply because they feel “off” and want to find themselves again. You don’t have to know the answer to ask the questions. We can do that work together. Mental health needs are different for everyone. Mental health care should be too.

Experience, continuing education, and openness to learn from the strengths and unique needs of the diverse populations I’ve worked with have guided my commitment to building a client-first mental health practice.

I work with each client to best understand their needs and goals, design a plan together, and use the combination of treatment approaches that feel most helpful to the individual.

If you have been considering therapy, please reach out. One’s personal emotional health journey is often a path that cannot be walked alone. You deserve time, space, and support that is just for you. Together we can make that happen.
